South East Regional s 2014

Carl Parziale Carl Parziale is a born-again rower, taking a many year hiatus after originally training and racing at Rutgers University on the lightweight team as a walk on.   It has recently consumed his non-working and non-family interests and has been a huge factor in his physical and mental health these past couple years.
