Started rowing later in life and have really enjoyed it. Competition keeps me goal oriented and CYC keeps me on task with my training. Have been off-track periodically due to knee replacements and grad school, but the flexibility of the club helps me achieve the goals that work into my schedule. After 50 something, I need all the flexibility I can get!.
